1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Gobyond website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Gobyond provides travel planning, tour packages, excursions, and Maldives holiday services. All packages and itineraries are subject to availability. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on travel dates, group size, and seasonal demand. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Gobyond and the agreed deposit. Full payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Gobyond reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by package and supplier. General guidelines are:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: full refund minus deposit
- Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: no refund
Specific cancellation terms for each package will be provided at the time of booking. Gobyond strongly recommends travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
5. Travel Documents
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for their destination. Gobyond accepts no liability for denied entry or travel disruptions due to insufficient documentation.
6. Liability
Gobyond acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, guides, and other service suppliers. While we take every care in selecting our partners, Gobyond is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from services provided by third-party suppliers. Gobyond's liability in any circumstances is limited to the total amount paid for the affected service.
7. Force Majeure
Gobyond is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer credit where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Gobyond website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Gobyond and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
